Permanent IP Ban

Hi, I'm [-LDV-]_Shockwave of the Local Defence Volunteers clan.

I dunno if you've heard of LDV but we do a lot of work trolling for AASA, and [-LDV-]_mole3 and [-LDV-]_Dirty_den are the two leading trollers on the site, having caught over 2000 cheaters between them using PBSS etc.

So you can imagine it would be quite embarrassing if one of their clan members were to be accused of cheating. Especially when they weren't (and would NEVER).

I came into your (actually very good) server this morning about 9:15am under my second account -=Calluminium=-

First round I was in, we got forceclassed to the big beasty snipers and I fired off three (somewhat lucky, I'll admit) shots and got three kills.

I then received an admin message saying 'Bye hacker u fucker' and was given a permanent IP ban.

I'd like you to offer any proof of me cheating or else please revoke my ban. I enjoy playing on your server and I'd like to continue. I came on your TS this morning to sort this out but for some reason nobody could hear me

Ok I don't understand- it lists a lot of my little brothers accounts from years ago- does that have something to do with it? As far as I can tell my account's clean because I honestly have never cheated.

The IP matches to a banned account - that means that on that computer there has been hacks used.

Yep- Turns out my little brother is about to get his ass kicked!

He just told me he and his clan mates at ESF^ tried out some hacks on their locked server a few years back. Apparently when he's deleted them afterwards he's not done a good job...

Apologies for wasting your time. All I can say is I've never cheated- and there are certainly no hacks on this machine now, as any PBSS will show.

That said, I fully respect you'll probably want to uphold the IP ban.

I looked at the dates, the hacks we're used a few months back so you might wanna double check your pc.

This might be a good time to get a new network card and isp and start again :-)
