Hello, this is the owner of account you banned on your America's Army Server. I would like refute the ban. All the members of my clan would back my up on that im not a hacker and the clan im in is a non-hacking/cheating clan, so if was hacking/cheating not only would i get banned from a lot more servers than yours i would be kicked from my clan (and i value being in my clan). My computer is a shared computer, so sometimes things are done without my knowledge (i.e hacking AA). Plus, you ask anyone who knows me and they will say that bugattiboy (or any altercation of that name i.e tags) is my life and they have no idea where this icecube name came from.

ok i understand your problem but this is a hard link ip and mac so your still linked sorry but ban stands for now but it is nowt an aci ban so i will look into it

I've looked at this and as Fallin said IP/MAC addresses match the computer your using to a hacker's.

Although it doesn't say why the account was banned you could try appealling the ban?
